How long is the trial or subscription session?

How much does each session cost?
The trial session costs $55 (U.P. $90). If you’re satisfied with our service and would love to continue, we offer the following membership subscription plans:
- Once-fortnightly Subscription – $84/session
- Once-weekly Subscription – $75/session
- Twice-weekly Subscription – $73.50/session
The monthly subscription fee will be calculated according to the number of sessions scheduled in the month based on the subscription plan taken. Any cancellation or rescheduling will be subject to our Cancellation Policy. Each of our home sessions is up to 3 hours.
We are also happy to customise any subscription plan to cater to your home needs – simply let us know your requirements and we will work with you to plan out a suitable subscription.
I have a pet in my home, can I still try the trial session?
For homeowners with pets, we handle each case individually. Please inform our consultants when they contact you, and we will advise accordingly.
What type of residential property do you serve?
We exclusively offer our services to apartments, including both condominiums and HDB units.
Can you address my concerns about giving my keys to the home manager when I’m not around?
No need to fret; you can coordinate a specific time and day for key exchange with our consultants when they contact you before your session.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please note below our Cancellation Policy:
As we would have reserved our home manager’s time exclusively for your scheduled sessions, we request for cancellations to be made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session.
Upon cancellation made at least 48 hours prior to the session, you will still be charged for the cancelled session but we will offer you a credit to your account. However, if cancellations are made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session, the cost of the session will be charged accordingly without any credit accrued.
Credits can be stored for 3 months, at the end of which they will automatically be invalid.
Within the said 3 month period, you may use these credits to exchange for additional replacement sessions, the personnel assigned and timings of which would be subject to availability.
If access to the premises for the purposes of providing in-home services at the time of the scheduled home session is not granted or the assigned home manager is otherwise not able to access the premises, the cost of the session will also be charged without any credit accrued.
Your subscription and credits accrued with us are non-transferable.
You may terminate your subscription upon giving one month’s prior written notice. In the event of termination, the subscriber shall remain liable for any fees or charges incurred up to the effective date of termination.
You may pause your subscription upon giving two weeks’ prior written notice. Pausing of your subscription is applicable only for a minimum of two weeks.
As some of our home managers’ slots may be on waitlist, once subscription is paused or terminated, all subsequent slots regularly scheduled under the subscription will be released for priority bookings. While we will definitely try our best, we may not be able to assure you the same personnel or the timings when you resume with the subscription.
Credits accrued in your account may not be used when your subscription has been terminated or being paused.
Is it possible to pause or cancel my subscription?
You can end your subscription with just one month’s notice and are liable for fees incurred until termination.
Alternatively, you can temporarily pause your subscription with just two weeks’ notice. During this pause, credits won’t be applicable.
Should you decide to continue your sessions after the pause, please note that you might be assigned a different home manager and time slot, as some slots may be on a waitlist.

Our team of Home Managers is of a mix of Singaporean, PR and Myanmar females and are between the age of 30 to 45. They come with strong housekeeping experience and speak basic English.
They are fully employed by us, with the foreign personnel working under work permits issued by Ministry of Manpower (MOM). We are also licensed by MOM for foreign personnel to provide household services.
